If you have arrived at Terminal 1, please exit the doors on the baggage claim level, follow the purple signs for OFF-AIRPORT SHUTTLES/RENTAL CARS and proceed to our Budget shuttle bus pick up area at the far end of sidewalk walking towards your right. A dedicated Budget-branded shuttle bus will transport you to our lot which is located off-airport to pick up your rental car. Please be sure not to board the airport shuttle bus.

If you have arrived at Terminal 2, please exit the doors on the baggage claim level, follow the purple signs for OFF-AIRPORT SHUTTLES/RENTAL CARS and proceed to our Budget shuttle bus pick up area across the street. A dedicated Budget-branded shuttle bus will transport you to our lot which is located off-airport to pick up your rental car. Please be sure not to board the airport shuttle bus.

Once you arrive in our lot, look for your name and zone on the Budget Fastbreak reader board. You can go directly to your zone to select the vehicle of your choice. A customer service agent will be there to assist you.

The shuttle meets all flights arriving during Budget hours of operation. The shuttle is not available for later flights or flights delayed after closing time.

All returns should proceed to 2600 Richmond Highway, Arlington VA 22202 and a dedicated Budget-branded shuttle bus will transport you back to the airport. Returns opens at 4:30AM. The shuttle meets all flights arriving during Budget hours of operation. The shuttle is not available for later flights or flights delayed after closing time.

Upon arrival at the facility, please proceed inside the lobby and an agent will assist you. Upon completion of your rental agreement, you will be directed to your zone where you can select the vehicle of your choice.

COUNTER: WALK-UP RENTERS/LOCAL RENTERS: Book your reservation for and proceed to the nearest Budget location at this address: Fashion Center at Pentagon City, 1100 S Hayes St., Arlington, VA 22202.

AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: The return lot is staffed starting at 4:30 AM for rental car returns. The Budget-branded shuttle bus also operates to take customers to the terminal. After-hours returns are not allowed between closing time & 4:30 AM.
